Thanks to the dedication of the team of cake bakers and sellers at the 2014 Junior Uphill Championships, based at Turner Hall Farm in the Duddon Valley, Broughton Runners were able to give a donation of £150 to the John Taylor Foundation.
The Trustees sent a letter of thanks to the club highlighting how this money will be spent raising awareness of Cardiomyopathy and helping junior athletes.
